Publication Ethics: 

We adhere to the Editors' and Publishers' Codes of Conduct for Journals. At every step of the publication process, ethical behavior is closely observed to fulfill the requirements of the journal. Stakeholders, authors, editors, and reviewers should consult the original guidelines paper if they have any questions concerning the statement below.

Peer review and double-blind assessment process: 

To uphold the standards and integrity of research, we firmly adhere to double-blind reviewing for all submitted studies. The author's and reviewers' identities won't be revealed to one another. The submitted paper will be sent to two reviewers for a double-blind review procedure if the editors are pleased with it. If the reviews are favorable and without any revisions, the article will be published. If a reviewer suggests that an article be revised, the contributor will receive the ideas for revision. The author will receive the same information if the reviewers are expressing their desire to reject the article. Editors make any necessary edits to all submitted articles.

Roles and responsibilities of the editorial board: 

The Editorial Board ought to support the journal's management in a number of ways. They may be in charge of, but are not restricted to:

· Providing the journal with scientific competence

· Encouraging researchers to submit their original articles

· Executing peer review or participating in peer review

· Giving comments and making suggestions for the journal's improvements

· Recommending subjects and writers for reviews and commentaries that have been ordered

Plagiarism constitutes the unethical appropriation of another's work, including but not limited to:

• Verbatim copying of text, data, or ideas without attribution
• Paraphrasing substantial content without proper citation
• Self-plagiarism (reusing one's own previously published work without disclosure)
• Submission of manuscripts simultaneously under review elsewhere

All manuscripts undergo rigorous screening using:

• Turnitin/iThenticate (threshold: ≤15% similarity, excluding references)
• AI-content detection tools (e.g., GPTZero for AI-generated text verification)
• CrossCheck for duplicate publication history

Authors must:
✓ Disclose all sources through proper citations (APA/MLA/IEEE as applicable)
✓ Obtain permissions for copyrighted materials (tables/figures/questionnaires)
✓ Declare any use of AI tools in methodology or writing (see our AI Policy)
✓ Certify originality via signed Declaration of Originality form

Stage Action Pre-review Immediate rejection + 2-year submission ban

Post-review Retraction + notification to author's institution

Post-publication Retraction with DOI + public notice

Authors may contest decisions by:

1. Submitting a formal appeal within 30 days
2. Providing documented evidence of original work
3. Case review by the Ethics Oversight Committee

We recommend authors:

• Use reference managers (Zotero/EndNote) for accurate citations
• Submit to preprint servers only with journal approval
• Consult our Author Toolkit for plagiarism avoidance tutorials

 Author’s and Publication Submission Guidelines

All disciplinary research articles are welcome to submit to the journal for publication. Submissions in Word documents alone will be accepted. Use Times New Roman font in size 12 for all submissions to the journal, which accepts educational, scientific, quantitative, and qualitative research as well as academic, thematic, case study, action, historical, and other research linked to academia. Works Cited and References can be formatted in accordance with APA, MLA, or any other widely accepted documentation style. The following information needs to be included in the submission file:

1. The paper's title

2. The author(s)' names

3. Designation with name of the organization 

4. The Address 

5. Cell number and email address

6. A 250 word abstract

7. min 5 keywords

8. Study's Purpose and Scope

9. Suggestions and Conclusion 

The full list of references or works cited

Each submitted article must be accompanied by the completed copyright form that has been uploaded to our journal's website. The submitted article won't be sent for peer review if the copyright form isn't filled out. Before receiving notification of the article's acceptance or rejection for publication, the author should not submit it elsewhere. The Journal's editor will decide on the publication's final course of action based on the reviewers' comments.
